Identify the separation duty
Describe the material entering the process, the equipment doing the separation and the result leaving it. An average analysis is useful, but it can hide the difficult shifts that control polymer consumption. Include expected variability and the current failure mode.
Connect operations and procurement
Operators should define measurable success while purchasing defines quantity, documents and delivery requirements. Resolve both before committing to routine supply. A product may produce attractive laboratory flocs but remain unsuitable for the installed dosing or separation equipment.
Keep the quotation tied to the trial
Use the same product identifier in the sample request, operating record and quotation. Send a complete supply brief and review quotation differences on a consistent product and delivery basis.
